If a user experiences an error on your website you are notified by email in two ways:

  1. An instant notification is sent when a high priority error is detected
  2. A weekly email is sent summarizing all high, medium and low errors from the previous week

Each email contains information that you can use to prioritize your errors:

  1. Priority: High, Medium, Low
  2. Revenue Impact: $ Amount
  3. Error Overview: Non-technical description of the error
  4. Developer Packet: Used by your developer to fix the errorĀ
