In non-technical terms we detect errors related to your core ecommerce functionality including checkout, add to cart, product pages, contact forms, coupons, etc. We also detect secondary errors that also impact customer experience such as user experience breaks, broken links, missing images, etc. 

In technical terms we detect http and javascript errors that occur when a user experiences an error. Once a user experiences an error it is sent to Noibu where we filter, sort, and assign a priority, revenue impact and non-technical description.
