We’ve added additional insights to the Funnel and All Issues tables to help you identify and pull issues that predominantly occur on a specific browser or operating system. If over 80% of an issue’s occurrences happen on a given browser or operating system, Noibu will mark the issue with a chip that identifies the trend. This saves you the trouble of opening an issue’s Developer tab to see whether a specific browser or OS results in a majority of error occurrences, and allows you to easily group issues that stem from the same browser or OS.
With this update, you can filter the index to zero-in on browser- or OS- specific issues. To apply a filter, click on an insight tag, or open the Filters menu in the top-right corner and scroll down to the Operating System and Browser sub-menus.
Through the Browser sub-menu, you can filter the menu by one of five browser options:
- Safari: >80% of error occurrences are on Safari.
- Chrome: >80% of error occurrences are on Google Chrome.
- Firefox: >80% of error occurrences are on Mozilla Firefox.
- Edge: >80% of error occurrences are on Microsoft Edge.
- WebView: >80% of error occurrences are on Android WebView.
Through the Operating System sub-menu, you can filter the index by one of four OS options:
- Android: >80% of error occurrences are on Android.
- iOS: >80% of error occurrences are on iOS. This includes iPhones, iPads, and other iOS devices.
- MacOS: >80% of error occurrences are on MacOS.
- Windows: >80% of error occurrences are on Windows.
Please note that you should only apply one Browser and one Operating System filter at a time. If you filter by multiple browsers, no results will appear.
