Noibu’s resolvability model examines historical data and predicts whether an issue can be resolved based on what has been fixed in the past. Like any machine learning (ML) model, this predictive model learns over time as users resolve more and more issues, and we’re asking you for help to expedite this development.
We’ve added a series of feedback modals that appear upon marking an issue as Closed-Fixed or Closed-Ignore. If you mark an issue as Closed-Fixed, the modal will ask you to rate the issue’s difficulty.
If you mark as issue as Closed-Ignore, the modal will ask you to select a reason the issue is being ignored.
These flows are optional, and you’re welcome to dismiss the modals without submitting feedback. However, your feedback is instrumental in strengthening the resolvability algorithm and will help Noibu develop further metrics and insights going forward. All this is to say your participation is encouraged and appreciated!
