Since releasing Help Code in March, we’ve actioned a series of tweaks to aid in managing sessions with help codes in the Noibu console.
First, we’ve modified the Help Code filter to allow you to pull all sessions associated with a help code. The help code only populates once a shopper has generated a code to identify their session, so it may be useful to periodically check how many sessions have help codes. To pull all help codes, enter a single asterisk (*) and click Apply Filter.
We’ve also added a field to the Details tab in Session View to document any help codes associated to a session. Most sessions will have no more than one help code, but it’s possible a session may have two or more if a session goes past midnight and is split between two dates. This is a conditional field, and it won’t appear if the session does not have a help code.
