We're pleased to announce a series of improvements to the Session Timeline that prioritize convenience, ease-of-use, and modern design conventions.
UX Improvements
The timeline has been redesigned to offer a modern layout and improved functionality.

We've moved web vital scores into each page view's header and moved the scores out of hover text and into the chip itself. This makes it easier to see a page's vitals at a glance and determine whether it's an area of the recording that needs attention.
Keep in mind that you still must check the Show Web Vitals box to see this information.

We've also replaced the pin icon with a descriptive button at the top of the page view's header. The button's functionality is the same as before, but its purpose is more explicit.

Clickable Timestamps
We've strengthened the link between the session timeline and the session recording by implementing clickable timestamps. If a session video is selected, you can click on a timestamp in the timeline to jump to that spot in the video to see how the recording corresponds with timeline information.
Next Page Button
Our final change appears on the Session Player, where we've added the ability to jump between pages without clicking into the timeline. This decreases time spent clicking back and forth between the video and timeline, and allows you to quickly find the video you need.
