Pinning an impactful issue highlights it for easy reference. Any issue with the Pinned classification appears in the Pinned issues tab on the Issues page. This ensures impactful issues aren't lost in the shuffle as you filter and sort the Issues page.
- In the Issues module, open the Priority issues or All issues tab.
- Select an issue and open its Manage tab.
- In the Issue Management section, set the issue's Classification to Pinned.
- Click Save. The issue will be listed on the Pinned issues tab.
The un-pin an issue, update its Classification to Unset or Benign.
