Last week, we announced we were closing out the year with a handful of qualitative updates to the Issues table, but well... we couldn't help ourselves. On that note, we're happy to announce even MORE updates to the Issues table that we hope will decrease the time spent identifying high priority issues and enable you to resolve revenue-impacting errors even faster.
Occurrences Chart
Much as it's useful to see a running total of occurrences for each issue, it's more valuable to see occurrences on a trend line so you can see how the issue has affected your eCommerce site over time. That's why we've added a trend chart to the Occurrences column! This column tracks occurrence rates based on the time period selected, and provides an easy way to see if occurrences have spiked recently.
If Noibu has insufficient data to draw a trend line for an issue, the line will appear flat, and hover text will explain that there is no chart available.
Colour-Coded Chips
As another step in our year-long UX upgrade, we've updated the chips in the Page type, Top symptoms, and Insight columns to use consistent formatting. We've also implemented a colour coding system for quick reference. The system is as follows:
- Blue tint: Default
- Orange tint: Warning, indicates a high-priority attribute
- Green: New
We'll be adding some more colour coding to the chips in the coming weeks, so stay tuned for more updates!
