The Web Performance Dashboard summarizes key web metrics and trends that help you monitor how your website is performing. It uses real customer data to surface trends in Core Web Vitals for key pages of your website to help proactively identify issues that affect shoppers.
This feature is currently in beta, which means it’s still in development as we test and evaluate. Functionality of beta features may be limited and may change without notice.
Understanding the Dashboard
The metrics in this dashboard can be filtered to specific time ranges, device types, and page groupings to understand how performance may differ across devices and specific page collections.
Note: The Page Group data filter must be configured by Noibu. Contact your CSM to learn more.
The top of the dashboard shows measurements for each of the core web vitals–LCP, INP, and CLS–across your entire website. Hovering over the name of the Core Web Vital provides a definition of this metric and an indicator of your site’s current score relative to benchmarks.
Measurements are colour-coded to indicate whether they are considered good (green), need improvement (yellow), or poor (red). Comparing your current measurement to the “was” measurement allows you to identify whether this metric has improved or degraded over time.
Noibu uses the 75th percentile (p75) of pageviews to measure core web vitals to ensure pages work well for the majority of users. For example, if 75% of pageviews meet the “Good” threshold for a given metric, the page is categorized as “good” for that metric. Conversely, if 25% of pageviews hit the “Poor” threshold, the page is categorized as “poor” for that metric.
Clicking one of these cards will allow you to explore that specific metric in more detail.
Performance Insights
Under the three core web vital cards, you’ll see any applicable insights about changes in your site's performance trends across different devices and page groups. Clicking on this insight will take you into the relevant detail page for that core web vital for further investigation.
Top Pages by Traffic
The next section of the dashboard presents the top pages on your website suffering from performance issues, from three different perspectives.
The High Traffic tab shows the highest-traffic pages, irrespective of performance score.
The Performance Drop tap shows the pages where at least one web vital score has deteriorated to a "poor" score.
The Poor Vitals tab shows the top pages where at least two web vital scores are “poor”.
Click any one of these tabs to change the data in the table.
Each row in this table shows the relevant page title and URL, traffic for that page for the specified time range, and a visual indicator of each web vital’s score (“Good”, “Needs Improvement”, or “Poor”). Hovering over any indicator will display a tooltip with specific information about web vital scores.

Monitoring Web Performance Over Time
As a general best practice, it’s recommended to check the Web Performance Dashboard at least once per month to keep tabs on your web performance, and even more frequently when actively making changes to address performance issues.
Data informing the Web Performance Dashboard is refreshed daily.
