In order for Noibu to start collecting and analyzing errors, we first need to be deployed on your e-commerce store. To do so you mainly have two options:
- Deploy the script directly in a section of the website that gets loaded on every page that the user visits. If you decide to use this technique make sure that the section where the Noibu script is deployed is loaded on all pages including the checkout pages. Most of the time people use either the Header or Footer as the section where they deploy our script.
- Use a tag manager software. The most common script tag management software is Google Tag Manager.
It is possible that after a successful deployment, the Noibu script is still not successfully collecting errors. Here are some common issues.
- The url where the script is deployed is not white listed by your tag management software.
To solve this you will need to add *.noibu.com in the script-src attribute from your tag management software.
2. The url where we post our video information is not white listed by your tag management software.
To solve this you will need to add *wss://*.noibu.com as a white listed url in your tag management software.
