Whitelisting our IP for your CDN

In order for Noibu to replay sessions, collect data, accurately show all error and as well as beautify stack traces, Noibu servers need to be allowed to access your CDN's content.

In some cases our servers will be blocked by bot protection, or other type of security features your CDN might have. The solution here would be to whitelist specific URLs and an IP addresses.

Whitelisting our servers IP address and specific Noibu URLs will enable our servers to access the data behind your CDN and correctly replay sessions and beautify stacks.

The URLS that need to be whitelisted:

1. wss://input.noibu.com

2. https://cdn.noibu.com

The IP address that needs to be whitelisted is:

Once these are whitelisted, you will get accurate data while in the platform, and we will be able to show sessions and timelines accurately.
