Whitelisting our IP to allow our services to communicate with your CDN

In order for Noibu to replay sessions, collect data, accurately show all error and as well as beautify stack traces, Noibu servers need to be allowed to access your CDN's content.

In some cases our servers will be blocked by bot protection or other type of security features your CDN might have. Noibu does have a solution for this, which would be to whitelist specific URLs and an IP address

Whitelisting our servers IP address and specific Noibu URLs will enable our servers to access the data behind your CDN and thus correctly replay sessions and beautify stacks.

The URLS that beed to be whitelisted:

1. wss://input.noibu.com

The IP address that needs to be whitelisted is:

Once these are whitelisted, you will get the most accurate sets of data while in the platform, and we will be able to show sessions and timelines accurately.
