Error Grouping

Due to the complex nature of the internet the same piece of code which throws an error can look drastically different based on when where and which device you are using. This issue is the reason the existence of error grouping is necessary.

For example here is the same error occurring on Safari vs. Chrome.

Although the same piece of code is being thrown the error can be reported very differently. As a result grouping these two errors although they report different messages is necessary as they are the same error.

One thing to note is that this grouping is done by an algorithm which has been designed by our engineers at Noibu. As the internet changes it is possible that this could introduce error. If you notice anything incorrect in error grouping please let your CSM know ASAP and we would be happy to assist.
