How We Capture Sessions

Data from your site is captured by our collect.js script. From here, we process the data and send it into our databases.

In some instances we may not be able to capture a user's sessions. If the user is using ad blocking plugins, or some pop-up blockers this could delete the script from user's browser. Having the script unavailable means we cannot send this user's data and track those sessions.
