The Statistics section tracks three metrics:
- Occurrences: The number of times the issue has occurred within each timeframe.
- User Sessions: The number of sessions in which the issue occurred within each timeframe. An issue can occur multiple times in a single session, so typically, the Occurrences count will be higher than the Sessions count.
- Successful Checkouts: The number of successful checkouts in sessions where the issue occurs. An issue may not completely block users from checking out, but may create enough friction to cause significant dropoff before checkout.
