The Statistics section tracks key metrics over several timeframes: The past day, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, and 90 days. This breaks down the issue's prevalence and impact over time, and may pinpoint when the issue became a significant problem.
The Statistics section tracks three metrics:
- Occurrences: The number of times the issue has occurred within each timeframe.
- User Sessions: The number of sessions in which the issue occurred within each timeframe. An issue can occur multiple times in a single session, so typically, the Occurrences count will be higher than the Sessions count.
- Successful Checkouts: The number of successful checkouts in sessions where the issue occurs. An issue may not completely block users from checking out, but may create enough friction to cause significant drop-off before checkout.
