The Statistics section tracks three metrics:
- Occurrences: The number of times the issue has occurred within each timeframe.
- User sessions: The number of sessions in which the issue occurred within each timeframe. An issue can occur multiple times in a single session, so typically, the Occurrences count will be higher than the Sessions count.
- Successful checkouts: The number of successful checkouts in sessions where the issue occurs. An issue may not completely block users from checking out, but may create enough friction to cause significant drop-off before checkout.
