The Company module is a hub for your company's high-level information, including billing details. Opening the Company module brings you to the General tab, where your company's name and plan are locked in. Here, you can also indicate whether or not your Noibu instance requires OAuth2 Authentication.
Billing
The Billing tab includes two sections to store details of your current term and track session consumption.
Current Term
The Current Term section defines the date range and collects key metrics of your current billing term.
- Cost: The current term's annual cost. This is calculated by multiplying the sessions committed by the price per session.
- Session Commitment: The number of sessions purchased for the current term.
- Sessions Used: The number of sessions used so far.
- Sessions Remaining: The number of sessions remaining on the term.
If you have exceeded your term's session allowance, you may also have a heading listing Buffer Sessions. Buffer Sessions are a small allowance of extra, free sessions to give you some wiggle room to accommodate the growth of your business. Typically, the amount of Buffer Sessions allowed is around 5% of the term's committed sessions.
If you go beyond your Buffer Session allowance, you may be suited for Flex Usage.
Session Consumption
The Session Consumption section includes a chart that examines session usage by month. Each bar in the chart represents a full calendar month–from the first day of the month to the last day of the month. If your current term starts midway through a month–on January 15th, for example–your Session Consumption chart will begin and end with January, and each bar will denote the number of session used during the half month.
The Session Consumption chart has two views: Company and Domain. The Company chart tracks session consumption across your entire company.
The Domain chart breaks down session consumption by domain. Hover over a bar segment to see a specific domain's monthly session total.
