Noibu offers a set of out-of-the-box email notifications to monitor critical updates about your site’s health, including checkout functionality, issue assignments, revenue-impacting problems, and performance insights. These notifications help your team stay up-to-date with what's happening on your ecommerce site so you can act quickly to resolve them.
To receive these important updates for your domain(s), review your Teammates page and ensure the relevant columns are enabled for the right teammates.
Checkout Down emails
Noibu sends Checkout Down notifications when your checkout is converting at a lower rate than usual. There are two potential checkout down alerts you may receive from Noibu.
- Checkout Low: The checkout success rate has dropped by at least 70%
- Checkout Down: The checkout is completely down, with no successful checkouts
Since every ecommerce site has a different expected transaction volume, you can customize the minimum threshold at which a Checkout Down notification may be triggered. Visit your Domain Details page to configure the minimum number of minutes a checkout can be down before receiving a notification from Noibu.
To prevent attributing regular fluctuations to a checkout error–like lower sales volumes overnight or on a weekend–Noibu compares your domain's current checkout success rate to the previous day and previous week.
- If there are no successful checkouts for the number of minutes specified in your domain settings, but there were successful checkouts during the same time period in the last day and last week, Noibu will send a checkout down alert.
- If there are no successful checkouts for the number of minutes specified, and there were also no checkouts during the same time period in the last day and last week, Noibu will compare against larger time windows (up to 4 hours). If no checkouts were detected during any of those time windows in the last day and last week, no checkout down alert will be triggered.
Assigned Issue emails
This email is triggered when an issue is assigned to you. This ensures you stay informed about your responsibilities and can take timely action to resolve the assigned issue. Learn more about issue assignment.
Issue Updates emails
This email is triggered when an existing issue’s estimated annual revenue loss (ARL) increases by more than 50%.

Weekly Update emails
Noibu sends a weekly digest email to users at your account to highlight new issues and performance insights for your eCommerce site.
This email includes:
- Recent Priority Issues: a list of new or updated issues from the Priority Issues tab, including those verified as conversion-blocking by Noibu staff
- Performance Insights: a summary of any degradation in your site’s core web vitals: loading speed (LCP), interactivity (INP), or visual stability (CLS).
Billing Notification emails
This email notifies a user of new invoices from Noibu.
