Website performance is directly tied to conversions. Problems with your ecommerce site’s loading speed, interactivity, and visual stability can frustrate customers, leading to abandoned carts and lost revenue. Using real user data, Noibu’s performance monitoring enables ecommerce brands to monitor and improve Core Web Vitals to drive higher engagement.
Check out this 2-minute overview:
How data is collected
Noibu collects Core Web Vital measurements (LCP, INP, and CLS) from real user sessions on your ecommerce site to provide statistically meaningful insights based on actual customer experiences. This is recognized as a best-in-class approach to measuring site performance, as unlike data derived from synthetic testing or third-party data, Noibu’s measurements are both authentic and directly reflective of how real customers experience your website.
Our platform uses the 75th percentile (p75) of pageviews to measure Core Web Vitals, ensuring pages work well for the majority of users. For example, if 75% of pageviews meet the “Good” threshold (or better) for a given metric, the page is categorized as “good” for that metric. This follows the same industry standard measurement approach promoted by Google. Learn more about Core Web Vitals.
Time Ranges
The metrics on any section of this page can be filtered to specific time ranges, device types, and page groupings to understand how performance may differ across devices and specific page groups. Noibu stores historical data for 180 days.
Loading Speed, Interactivity, and Visual Stability Tabs
The top of the dashboard shows measurements for each of the Core Web Vitals–Loading Speed (LCP), Interactivity (INP), and Visual Stability (CLS)–across your entire website. Hovering over the name of the Core Web Vital provides a definition of the metric and an indicator of your site’s current score relative to benchmarks.
Measurements are colour-coded to indicate whether they are considered good (green), need improvement (yellow), or poor (red).
Clicking one of these cards will allow you to explore that specific metric in more detail:

Performance degradation warnings
Under the three Core Web Vital cards, you’ll see any applicable warnings about degradations in your site's performance across different devices and page groups. Clicking on this warning will take you into the relevant detail page for that Core Web Vital for further investigation.
You can also get these performance warnings delivered to your inbox weekly by making sure you’re subscribed to Noibu’s weekly update emails for your domain. Learn more about Weekly Update emails.
To get the most value from Noibu’s performance monitoring, you should configure page groups for the URLs on your site. This allows for segmented data to give you an understanding of performance across specific areas and templates of your site like product pages, checkout pages, or search result pages. Core Web Vitals in Session Recordings
In some cases, you may want to find additional examples of session recordings where a user is impacted by performance problems. This can be accomplished by browsing Sessions, filtered to the relevant Core Web Vital. Learn more about filtering sessions.
