How to Add a Custom Label

If you discover disparate issues with a similar root cause, you can create and apply a custom label to easily group similar issues.

Labels are configured at the domain level. If you have multiple domains connected to your Noibu account, you must configure labels separately for each domain.

1. Open the Domains module.

2. Select a domain.

3. Open the Issue Labels tab.

4. Enter the new label's name in the field provided.
   
   
   
   
5. Click the + icon to add the label.
   
   
   
   
6. Optional: Customize the tag's colour.
   
   
   1. Hover over the label to reveal the Edit and Delete buttons.
      
      
      
      
   2. Click Edit.
      
      
      
      
   3. Click the label colour swatch to open a menu of colours.
      
      
      
      
   4. Select a new colour.
      
      
      
      
   5. Click Save.

You can apply and create labels on-the-go from the Issues page.
