After a Help Code for a session has been generated, technical teams using Noibu can pull up a shopper's session recording to investigate the problem reported by a customer service agent.
From the Sessions tab, click the Add filter button and search by Help Code to show a session associated with a specific help code.
You can also filter by multiple help codes by entering a series of codes separated by commas, or enter * to pull all sessions with help codes.
