As a Noibu customer, the Priority Issues tab is often the first place you go to begin investigating and triaging errors. The default filters for this view act as a general starting point to help eCommerce teams identify revenue-impacting issues occurring on checkout, cart, collection, and product pages.
However, you can add/remove filters to this view and change the display and order of visible columns to help focus your search for issues related to specific business objectives. The following examples may help give you some ideas of ways to set up your filter and column configuration on the Priority Issues view, as well as inspiration for customizing your All Issues and Pinned Issues tabs.

_____
Funnel Monitoring View
This view identifies actionable first-party issues that are impacting your funnel. It enables you to see how many times an issue affects users, and its impact on lost sessions by funnel stage. Try sorting by each of On Site Lost, Checkout Lost, and Place Order Lost to explore issues based on where in the funnel they have impact.

Technical User View
This view surfaces more technical details to guide investigation into HTTP errors. The Occurs on URL column provides context on where and how the error occurs. Consider using the search field to narrow down to specific HTTP error types (e.g. 500, 400, 404). Comparing the Sessions to Session Lost numbers, and comparing the Last Seen date to the Created date begins to paint a picture of frequency and impact over time.

New Issue Discovery
While the ‘All Issues’ tab shows every issue ordered by date, this view surfaces new, important issues that have developed over the past week. It can be especially helpful to check after a new release. Cross-reference Sessions Lost against Sessions to gauge proportional impact of an issue. Set the urgency for each issue to quickly prioritize further investigation.
Because Noibu remembers your filter and column settings, each time you visit this view, you’ll see new issues that yet haven’t been assigned an urgency.

Broken Images on Key Pages
This view identifies images failing to display on Product Listing Page (“collection”) or Product Details Page (“product”). The Error Message column indicates the file path of the failing image. Sorting by Sessions shows which images are failing at the highest volume. Use the State column to quickly mark issues as Open for investigation, or Closed–Ignore.

Checkout Flow Problems
This view identifies issues impacting customers’ ability to place an order by stacking Insight and Page Type filters. Sort by Sessions Lost to understand which errors may have been revenue-blocking, and check the Added to Cart Lost and Checkout Lost columns to understand where in the checkout flow a problem may occur. Use the State column to mark low-impact issues as Closed-Ignore and flag high-impact issues as Open for investigation.

Again, these are a few examples of configurations you might use to discover specific types of issues. We encourage you to customize the visibility, order, and sorting of columns to meet your specific needs.
This same approach can also apply to your Pinned Issues and All Issues tabs. Learn more about filtering and sorting options.
