The Funnel Impact section of the Issue Overview page displays the issue's impact on the purchase journey over the selected time period (last 7, 14, 30, or 90 days). By default it shows a summary of how users were impacted across different stages of the funnel, and the resulting estimated revenue impact. Clicking the ‘Show details’ button provides a detailed breakdown of impact.
The four funnel stages highlighted in this table are:
- On site: Indicates the customer has landed on your website.
- Add to cart: Indicates a customer has added an item to their cart.
- Checkout started: Indicates a customer has started the checkout process.
- Place order: Indicates a customer has clicked Place Order.
Red highlights indicate funnel stages where the issue's presence results in a drop in conversion relative to domain averages.
Transactions lost is an estimate of the number of transactions that were lost as a result of this issue, and Revenue lost is an estimate of the dollar-value impact, based on your domain’s average cart value. Learn more about revenue loss calculations.
