An Insight is a recurring trend associated with the occurrences of an issue. Insights are like a tagging system that help categorize issues by their underlying characteristics to direct your focus during the debugging process.
The Insights section will display as many details as it detects, and may include:
- New: the issue was first seen within the past seven days.
- First Party: the issue occurred on the 1st party domain within the past 90 days. The issue should be solvable since it is happening with your code. First party issues are identified based on the error signature and the filename where the issue occurs.
- Third Party: the issue occurred on or because of a third-party tool within the past 90 days. The issue may be difficult to resolve because the root of the problem is on third-party code, and you must go through a support team to fix the issue.
- Dormant: the issue has not occurred in the last 14 days.

Caused by Click: the error was caused by a user clicking on something and occurred within the last 90 days.
- When possible, Noibu will indicate in the Session Timeline and Technical Details tab the specific element that was clicked.
- Frequently Broken Image:an image was broken for a minimum threshold of sessions within the past 7 days, indicating it negatively impacts the user experience for multiple customers.
- Lost Sessions: an issue has met a threshold of sessions lost within the past 7 days that indicates it is beginning to impact customers.
- No Conversion: no customers have successfully checked out within the past 90 days after experiencing this error.
- On Site: the issue mostly occurs on the On Site step of the funnel within the past 90 days, as determined by your domain's funnel settings.
- Add to Cart: the issue mostly occurs on the Add to Cart step of the funnel within the past 90 days, as determined by your domain's funnel settings.
- Checkout Started: the issue mostly occurs on the Checkout Started step of the funnel within the past 90 days, as determined by your domain's funnel settings.
- Place Order: the issue mostly occurs on the Place Order step of the funnel within the past 90 days, as determined by your domain's funnel settings.
- Checkout Completed: the issue mostly occurs on the Checkout Completed step of the funnel within the past 90 days, as determined by your domain's funnel settings.
- Safari: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Safari.
- Chrome: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Google Chrome.
- Firefox: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Mozilla Firefox.
- Edge: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Microsoft Edge.
- WebView: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Android WebView.
- Android: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Android.
- iOS: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on iOS. This includes iPhones, iPads, and other iOS devices.
- MacOS: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on MacOS.
- Windows: >80% of error occurrences within the past 90 days are on Windows.
