You can create as many alerts as needed to proactively monitor your website for issues that impact the user experience or checkout.
Note: Alerts are configured on a per-domain basis. Ensure you're logged into the correct domain before proceeding.
Creating an Alert
Set Alert Conditions
From the Alerts page, click Create New Alert. Note that if you're creating an alert that's similar to an existing alert it may be easier to duplicate an existing alert.
Choose whether the alert should be triggered for ALL conditions or ANY conditions. Then, click the 'Add condition' button to begin configuring one or more alert conditions. See the Alert Conditions article for a breakdown of each condition and its variations.
Repeat as necessary until all conditions are configured.
Tip: for guidance on setting up Alerts commonly used by other eCommerce companies, see Recommended Alerts
Configure Alert Recipients
Choose which user(s) will receive an email notification when the alert fires. Users will receive alerts at the email address associated to their Noibu account.
Tip: to quickly locate a user, begin typing their name in the empty field.

You can also have alert notifications sent to a Slack channel through Noibu's Slack integration.
Set Name and Urgency
Give the alert a descriptive name and set its urgency. These fields affect the subject line and body of the triggered email alert.
Once the alert is configured, click Save Alert. Noibu will scan for alert conditions every 2 hours and send notifications when the criteria are met.
Editing Alerts
At any time you can modify an alert to respond to different conditions, send notifications to different recipients, or to indicate a different level of urgency. From the Alerts page, click Edit alert for any alert you wish to change.
Modify the alert as necessary. This may include adding or removing conditions, changing recipients, renaming the alert, or updating the alert's urgency. Click Save alert.
Deleting Alerts
There is no limit to the number of alerts you can create in Noibu. However, you can delete any alert when it no longer serves a purpose. From the Alerts page or an individual alert's Detail page, click the ellipses and choose Delete alert.
Note that deleting an alert will also remove the alert's history from your account. To preserve this history but prevent the alert from being triggered in the future, you can edit the alert to change its conditions to prevent it from firing.
