Overview of the Noibu Plugin for Claude

Last updated: June 8, 2026

Model Context Protocol (MCP) is a standard way for AI tools like Claude to receive context about a specific business or system. Without it, every AI tool that wants to look at your ecommerce data needs a custom integration for every data source.

The Noibu Plugin for Claude is Noibu's implementation of this protocol. It's a single bridge that gives Claude access to your Noibu analytics, and other components of your ecommerce stack. Once installed, you can ask Claude questions about your store in plain language and get answers backed by your live data.

Connecting Noibu to Claude

To use the Noibu plugin, you need:

  • A Claude Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise account

    • The Noibu plugin works with Claude Cowork, available through Claude's desktop app. Other Claude surfaces including Claude Code and the Claude API are not officially supported at this time.

Once connected, Noibu provides Claude with:

  • Read access to your Noibu session and page visit analytics

  • Inline visualization of journeys, funnels, and heat maps

  • Pre-built skills for store health, opportunity discovery, checkout, segments, products, and funnels

Using Noibu and Claude

Using the Noibu plugin for Claude can help you perform deep analysis across your ecommerce data, without needing to know how to write a data query:

  • Find revenue opportunities faster. Ask Claude where you're losing money and get a ranked list across acquisition, funnel, experience, and product — backed by your actual session, order, and ad data.

  • Investigate without context switching. Ask questions about conversion, drop-off, errors, or campaigns in plain language. Claude analyzes data from Noibu, Shopify, and other platforms without you having to open them.

  • Hand work off cleanly. When Claude finishes an investigation, it can draft an email, post a recommendation to Slack, or write up an analysis in Notion using Claude's own connectors.

  • Save and schedule. Turn analyses into live dashboards you can refresh, or schedule a daily or weekly digest delivered to your inbox or Slack channel.

The plugin includes pre-built skills for common ecommerce analysis: store health checks, ranked revenue opportunities, checkout funnel analysis, and segment & product deep-dives. Trigger any of them with the + button below a chat, a slash-command, or by asking a question that matches their purpose.

To see a list of all available Skills and their descriptions, look at the “Skills” tab for the plugin after it has been installed.
