Session symptoms are tags that indicate customer frustration -- like Rage Clicks, Refreshes, and Form Desertions. Symptoms indicate a customer is having trouble on your eCommerce site.
The Sessions list indicates each session's symptoms in the Session Symptoms column.
A session with multiple symptoms should be actioned quickly. Noibu tracks 12 distinct session symptoms:
- On-screen error: Indicates the user encountered on-screen error text, such as "unable to process" or "card declined"
- Back Button: /BackButtonDef
- Broken Button: /BrokenButtonDef
- Slow Session: /SlowSessionDef
- Refresh: /RefreshDef
- Rage Click: /RageClickDef
- Form Deserted: /FormDesertedDef
- Multiple Payment Gateway: /MPGDef
- Broken Funnel Step: /BrokenFunnelStepDef
- Circular Navigation: /CircularNavigationDef
- Declined Card: /DeclinedCardDef
- Contact for Help: /ContactForHelpDef
Filtering sessions based on symptoms allows you to identify and review sessions with specific indicators of customer frustration. Additionally, symptoms can be used as filters on the Issues page to identify specific errors associated with session symptoms.
